Mike Quinlan was raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. As a small boy he dreamed of co-hosting the ten o'clock news alongside the legendary and intrepid teleprompt readers Ron Magers and Carol Marin. Or at least of high-fiving Jim 'The Weather Underground' Tilman (he was not picky). He does not encourage or condone stalking, elder abuse, or road rage. He involuntarily resides in Florida where he is tested on these fronts everyday.

Patty Wetli was born in Indiana, grew up in Ohio and lives in Chicago but is pretty sure she's supposed to be British. She's the shortest of four siblings.

Harry Parks resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York. He lives off a dwindling savings account and a modest wage he earns as a bagel store manager, while collecting dust atop a useless bachelor degree in the not-so-fine arts.

Elizabeth Futrell grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL. After attending DePaul University in Chicago, she taught English in suburban America, rural Morocco, and urban Japan. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Public Health at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. In her free time, Liz volunteers as an HIV counselor and loves to travel, bike, cook, read, write, and wander aimlessly around the mountains, beaches, flea markets, farmers markets, and State Fairs of North Carolina.

Michelle Friedman is a New York City based person who does not like labels. She enjoys cupcakes, ice cream and sushi.

Neil Bhandari, Generalist. Working, building, thinking and making in and around Chicago, Illinois, since 1981. Younger brother, ocean lover, pizza maker, #2 hitter, storyteller, world traveler, satisfied dinner guest. Seeking thrills, honing skills, paying bills.

K.D. Effrain was born in New York City. He studied at the University of Chicago and Oxford University. He is surrounded by good friends and derives his inspiration from them.

Milan Bhandari can be found in Chicago and one of its far southwest suburbs, and nowhere in between. In his free time, he likes to read and write and run - from reading and writing.

Bryan Douglas uses manual typewriters. He also studies Flamenco & surrealism and drinks too much coffee: all perhaps to the detriment of his neighbors.
